InSiteful Imagery™ Receives PAPA Innovation Award
The Professional Aerial Photographers Association recently presented its 2008 Innovation Award to Boyle Consulting Engineers at its Annual Conference in Redondo Beach, California

Charlotte, NC – In an industry where Google Earth TM has become a household name, Boyle Consulting Engineers (BOYLE) has elevated the bar to a new level using advanced Geographic Information Systems (GIS) software technology provided by the Environmental Systems Research Institute (ESRI, Redlands, Ca). In recognition of this, company founder and Chief Executive, Chuck Boyle, P.E., recently received the 2008 Innovation Award from the Professional Aerial Photographers Association (PAPA, www.papainternational.org) at its Annual Conference in Redondo Beach, California. Boyle received the award “for invention and innovation benefiting the business and art of aerial photography” by “combining aerial photography and GIS for a business analysis, communication, and intelligence tool”.
Combining the strengths of low-altitude, high-resolution, vertical aerial photography with GIS data attributes, on-demand and online, InSiteful ImageryTM, will set a new standard for land monitoring. As an online tool, it will encourage team collaboration and allow Project Managers to more easily identify and track problems in near-real-time. Providing both indisputable visual evidence and a platform from which these images are readily available, InSiteful ImageryTM will ensure that identified problems will be more quickly addressed, thus increasing efficiency and mitigating risk.
